For over a decade, Proxy Remote Control has been the leading choice by help desk managers and network administrators for remote control and remote access because of its reliability, low cost and ease of use.
|
- Proxy Remote Control Master is the persistent client application that resides on your local computer. Use it to access, view the display, and gain control of a Proxy-enabled remote computer or server.
- Proxy Remote Control Host is the persistent client application that resides on the remote computer. It will grant access and give control to one or more Proxy Masters.
- Once the Master locates a Host, it will request access or, if it is pre-authorized, simply connect to it. The Host can set configuration options to ask the Master for authentication information (login/password) before granting access.
- Once connected, the Master can take control, print a remote file on a local printer, transfer files, or cut-and-paste content between machines
